Make your special day a scenic, outdoor experience. Our beautiful lake-side setting will make your big day feel relaxing for everyone.

Reservation
A $25 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of reserving your wedding date.

Wedding
$250 + $100 refundable deposit (see below)

Deposit
A $100 refundable deposit is due 10 days prior to the wedding. Your $100 deposit will be turned if Youth Acres is left clean after your ceremony.

Cancellation policy
For any reason the ceremony is canceled, the $250 and $100 deposit will be returned to you.

Bad weather
In case of rain or bad weather, we do not have the appropriate facilities to accommodate you and your guests. Please have a plan in place.

No-alcohol policy
We have a strict no-alcohol policy. If alcohol is found to be present, we will ask your wedding party to leave the premises and your deposit will not be refunded.

Services provided

  • Mowing and trimming prior to the wedding day
  • 2-3 volunteers to assist arriving guests with parking
  • Men and Women restrooms
